崗位職責：
- 負責UMTS OAM產品的開發(fā)和維護
- 根據(jù)文檔分析功能需求并提供開發(fā)用時估計
- 參加整個軟件開發(fā)過程包括：設計，編碼，單元測試，提交和維護。要確保所有的開發(fā)任務按時保質的提交
- 要確保所有產品開發(fā)過程符合質量控制流程要求，滿足客戶需求
崗位要求：
1.教育程度: 本科以上學歷
2.專業(yè): 計算機科學，軟件工程或電信相關領域
3.計算機水平:
- 精通C 或者Java編程語言
- Unix 或 Linux上開發(fā)的相關經驗
- 擁有面向對象分析設計的實踐，熟悉UML
- 了解代碼控制工具如：clearcase,CVS, etc
- 了解軟件開發(fā)流程
- OAM 相關經驗及CORBA的相關經驗優(yōu)先
4.語言能力: 良好的溝通技巧，流利的中英文溝通能力
5.其他要求: 良好的團隊合作精神
Responsibilities:
He/she will work in an international context and interact with world wide Alcatel-Lucent R&D centers.
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Responsible for the development and support of UMTS OAM product
- Analyse functional requirements and provide design estimation
- Participate the whole software development lifecycle, including design, coding, unitary testing & testing support. Ensure all the tasks are delivered on time, with required quality
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas
- Strong Java/C or TCL or Unix Shell programming skills
- UNIX/Linux experience
- OOAD knowledge and practices, familiar with UML & software design
- Knowledge and experience in the software development process
- Strong communication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience on the OAM product design & development is highly desired Optional
- Knowledge on the mobile access network (GSM/UMTS/CDMA) is preferred Optional
- Experience with CORBA is preferred Optional
- At least 6 months availability to participate the internship.
