收據(jù)種類很多，有收條、借據(jù)、訂閱單、訂貨單等，是在跟對方發(fā)生錢和物的叵凳斃錘對方作為憑據(jù)的條子，起書面證據(jù)作用。在寫借據(jù)、收條時，寫字據(jù)的日期寫于右上角，然后寫明是“借”還是“收到”，“借”、“還”錢或物的名稱和數(shù)量。立據(jù)人寫于右下角？

例一：借款。

I. O. U. three thousand U.S. dollars （U.S. $3000） only， within one year from this date with annual interest at four percent （4％）。

I. O. U.＝ I owe you 也可寫成IOU， 即“我欠你”的意思，譯成漢語為“今欠”、“今借到”。

例二：收到物品

茲收到漢德爾先生下述物件：打字機(jī)壹臺錄音機(jī)壹臺

例三：訂閱單。寫訂閱單時共分四個部分：1、訂閱刊物的名稱、起止時間；2、訂閱人的姓名；3、訂閱人的詳細(xì)地址；4、附言。
