為推進(jìn)我校留學(xué)生管理工作，更好地服務(wù)來華留學(xué)生，國(guó)際教育學(xué)院擬招聘來華留學(xué)生院長(zhǎng)助理2-3名。具體工作職責(zé)和招聘條件如下：

The College of International Education (CIE) is to offer the job - international student dean assistants to enhance the administration and provide better services to international students. Two or three applicants will be accepted.

一、工作職責(zé)：

1、協(xié)助國(guó)際教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)接待留學(xué)生，處理來華留學(xué)生的日常管理事務(wù);

2、協(xié)助國(guó)際教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)留學(xué)生公寓的日常管理工作;

3、協(xié)助國(guó)際教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)加強(qiáng)中外學(xué)生交流活動(dòng)的組織和實(shí)施，提升校園國(guó)際化氛圍。

Job Responsibilities：

1. To handle the administration of international students;

2. To improve the daily management of international students’ dormitories;

3. To assist to organize the activities between Chinese students and international students in order to enhance the international atmosphere on campus.

二、招聘條件：

1、系我校全日制在讀博士留學(xué)生，并在留學(xué)生中有一定威信和影響力;

2、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真并嚴(yán)于律己，有為來華留學(xué)生服務(wù)的熱情;

3、英語(或其他語種)口語較好，能夠勝任日常交流;

4、待人誠(chéng)懇，服務(wù)意識(shí)良好。有較高的工作協(xié)調(diào)能力和解決實(shí)際問題能力，跨文化交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富;

5、院長(zhǎng)助理每周工作時(shí)間為3個(gè)半天。

6、院長(zhǎng)助理聘期1-2年，國(guó)際教育學(xué)院將提供一定薪酬并對(duì)其工作進(jìn)行考核。

Recruitment conditions：

1. Full-time doctoral degree students with a certain prestige influence;

2. A strong sense of responsibility; working carefully; strict self-discipline; and enthusiasm to serve international students;

3. Fluent oral English (or other languages);

4. A good sense of service; a high level of collaboration; the ability to solve practical problems; and rich cross - cultural experiences;

5. Three and a half working days each week.

6. The employment period will be 1- 2 years. The CIE will assess the work and pay the salary.
